In the Coliving at La Fabrica &Co, all rooms have a double bed for two people (you and your companion).

You will never share a room with strangers. The room is for you, and only the person who comes with you will stay there if you wish.

La Fabrica &Co’s Coliving is designed for master’s and doctoral students, undergraduates completing their internships, researchers working on their theses, as well as university professors.

If you are enrolled in any other educational institution that occupies most of your time, you may also be eligible for the Coliving.

Yes, we have accessible rooms that feature wider hallways, a bathroom with grab bars around the toilet, a suspended sink, and a spacious, floor-level shower.

You can choose the duration of your stay according to your needs, from 4 nights to 24 months.

Yes, all utilities are included, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

Yes, bedding and towels are included in the rooms at La Fabrica &Co’s Coliving so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Additionally, we change them every week during the weekly cleaning.

Yes, your room includes weekly cleaning where bedding and towels are changed, dust is removed, the floor is vacuumed, the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned, and the kitchen countertops are wiped (excluding dishes and kitchenware).

If you require additional cleaning services or have other requests, please contact the reception team.

The rooms are equipped with electronic smart locks that only you can control with your smartphone.

From your mobile device, you can lock the door so that no one enters when you’re not there, and receive a notification in case of any tampering with the lock.

Additionally, in all rooms, you also have a personal safe for your use.

The building has 24-hour surveillance, security cameras, and an alarm system.

Yes, it’s possible to register your residence (empadronamiento) at La Fabrica &Co.
This service is available exclusively for stays of 6 months or longer.

All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people per stay. If you have a guest, please inform reception in advance and register that person upon arrival. If you wish to have more visitors (family or friends), an additional reservation in another room will be required, subject to prior approval.

Your guest does not need to be a student.

For colivers and guests during the day or in common areas:
A maximum of 3 people is allowed, including the main guest(s).
For example, if there are 2 registered guests, they may have 1 visitor.

Yes, you can request a visit with our team through the contact page, and we will gladly show you the facilities.

Additionally, once you reserve your accommodation, you can access all the common areas even before moving in.

No, you don’t need any guarantor to reserve a room at La Fabrica &Co.

Yes, we have parking spaces available in the building’s parking lot.

The parking fee is not included in the accommodation.

No, access to the coworking spaces requires an additional cost.

The coliving already includes common areas and spaces for studying in your accommodation.

Long stays (28 nights or more):
You may cancel without penalty and receive a full refund if done within the following timeframes:

• If booked more than 14 days in advance, you may cancel within 14 days of signing and at least 7 days before your check-in date.
• If booked less than 14 days in advance, cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before the stay starts.

After that, no refund applies.

Short stays (less than 28 nights):

• Cancellations 14+ days before check-in: 100% refund.
• Cancellations between 14 and 7 days: 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in: no refund.

How is energy used at La Fabrica &Co?
We use an innovative ESD system that harnesses residual heat from the city to warm water, thanks to Barcelona’s waste incineration process. Additionally, for cooling, we use seawater, significantly reducing our environmental footprint.
